Charlotte Rodriguez, M.F.A.
Fine Arts Instructor
Charlotte Rodriguez is originally from Charlotte North Carolina. She started at Braitman Studio in 1995 and continued to study under Andy Braitman as a student and later as an instructor.
She went on to earn an M.F.A. with a concentration in painting from Winthrop University in 2008. She is currently teaching a variety of classes at Braitman Studio and assisting in the office.
Charlotte is an exhibiting artist and has shown her work in a variety of shows in the Charlotte area for the last 15 years. She is also an accomplished teacher having taught as a Fine Arts Professor at UNC Charlotte and Winthrop University as well as at Charlotte Mecklenburg Schools.
Surface and Color are the focus of Charlotte’s artwork as she seeks to evoke emotion in the viewer. She is always open to share her process and techniques with her students and colleagues. Charlotte specializes in foundations of art, abstract art, figurative art, oil and acrylic painting, drawing and mixed media.
