You have many choices when it comes to painting, but for your work to read true, you must comit:
-Let the detail in the shadows disappear OR -Let the detail in the lights disappear
Things that push space forward: High Contrast, Detail, Strong lines
Things that help space receed: Low Contrast, Less Detail, Light lines
